numbers above and our staff will
be able to respond to your needs promptly.
- Our standard service hours are: 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday
-
Saturday.
- Your requested online appointment for service will be confirmed by our office
staff with a return e-mail or phone call. We confirm all appointments within
one (1) business day (24 hours.) However, sometimes internet access or other problems
can occur when using automated communications. Please contact us if we have
not responded to your request within 24 hours after your request.
- We ask that you are accessible by phone or present at
the service location the day of the requested repair to authorize repairs
and payment. We always call to
verify your availability approximately 1/2 hour before we arrive at your site. For your convenience we do
accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.
- If you are a landlord, tenant, or employee of a business and would like to
request service, please have the person responsible for payment call
us to schedule an appointment.
